By and large, it was comfortable and amazing place with very friendly staff on another manager who was n't there. Our room was well-kept and well decorated and updated and clean. The location was magnificent and perfect in a fairly quiet area, very close to the beach, boardwalk and convention center, super close to the boardwalk and stores and restaurants.

The location seemed marvellous in an alley between two tightly squished buildings with two chairs out front. Besides, it was short walk to the boardwalk & the beach as well as stores and restaurants, and boardwalk.

Everything was really good, had a really really nice stay during the Memorial Day weekend on 2007. The room I got was recently renovated, appreciated it. The hotel was in an amazing location, very close to the convention center. I had coffee at Stella's Cafe, located within 5 minutes walk.

Nice hotel with great view of the beach. Cheap, large room with a private bathroom and a shower and bath sheets. Paid US$ 67. Favourable location, just a short stroll away from Boardwalk Chapel. Also - so close to the boardwalk & Beach, tournament at convention center and the first pier.

We visited Sunset Beach for a cheer competition and stayed one night. The newly renovated room exceeded our expectations - comfortable and with a great shower. The staff, especially Sunny, were friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. The room had a large balcony with a view of the intersection, and the kitchenette was a convenient bonus. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and stay here again.
